Course on Economic Analysis of Law organized by the Scuola Superiore della Magistratura.

The course featured speeches from several members and friends of the Italian Society of Law and Economics. The audience consisted of approximately 80 participants from lower and higher courts, specializing in various fields, including civil law, labor law, enterprise and insolvency law, tax law, and financial markets.
